Mary Jane Anderson is a Senior Vice President/Senior Relationship Manager in the Commercial Bank Group of Bank of Texas. She joined Bank of Texas in November of 2011 after 11 plus years with Comerica Bank. She has been in banking for over 35 years having started her career at a middle market bank in Chicago with stops at a bank in Little Rock, AR and four other banks in Dallas and one in Austin. She also was the COO of a home decorative products manufacturer in Dallas as well as the Treasurer of another local company, did consulting and project management work for another Dallas company and for a Houston based telecommunications company, and served as an expert witness for a local law firm.
Anderson has served on the Boards of Home Health Services of Texas, the Dallas Women’s Foundation including its Treasurer, Finance and Grants Policy Committees’ chair, the Girls Incorporated of Metropolitan Dallas, and the YWCA of Dallas and Little Rock. Currently she serves on the Investment Advisory and Grants Policy Committees of the Dallas Women’s Foundation.
Anderson holds a BS degree from the University of Arkansas, a MMS degree from Texas Christian University, a MBA from Indiana University, and a Graduate Banking degree from Southern Methodist University. She lives in Lewisville, TX with her husband Jim. She is a sailor and enjoys entertaining, gardening, fishing, and music of all kinds.
