Hear from our BOMBA Founder.

The 10 chapters are designed to be completed in a year.
 

  • Each chapter can be completed in a month if you devote 15 minutes each day to working “on” your business – instead of “in” your business. Chapter 4: All About Financials is the exception; it takes 3 months to complete.
  • Each chapter is comprised of 10 to 12 Lessons with 3 to 5 minute videos and accompanying worksheets and templates.
  • The lessons are grouped into 2 or 3 Modules. After each Module, there’s a quiz to insure you understand the material.
  • Each chapter builds on the one before. While each chapter stands alone, the order is intentional and best learned as designed.

Chapter 4, All About Financials, is the exception. This chapter takes 3 months to complete. Only one video should be reviewed each week. For the balance of the year, BOMBA will continue to discuss monthly financial results (and tweak dashboards as necessary) so that the BOMBA business owners are confident in their ability to interpret and understand their financials.
